1974 Jeep CJ5 Full Restore
This classic piece of American off-road engineering has been completely rebuilt from the ground up by SS Custom Hot Rods. This includes a full tear down and rebuild of the engine, fully restored body, new interior and all the details in between.
It’s powered by a 304 V8 engine routed through a three speed manual transmission. Side exhaust pipes coupled with the 304 V8 makes for tons of power and really great sound.
The body on this classic Jeep CJ5 was taken down to the bare metal and rebuilt to be as good as when it left the factory. We sprayed a thick undercoating to protect the underside and a beautiful dark metallic blue finish on the upper body and roll cage.
The interior is completely refreshed including, seats, carpet, stereo, controls and everything in between. Kilmat interior insulation and a new top from Bestop round this build out making it comfortable enough for daily use.
